GREAT BEND — Local and state law enforcement agencies are looking for a central Kansas teenager missing since late Saturday.

Fourteen-year-old Alicia Debolt, of Great Bend, is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 118 pounds.

In a news release, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation is advising Tuesday afternoon an unidentified body had been discovered on the outskirts of Great Bend. Positive identification of the body is pending.

The release also said the investigation into the disappearance of Debolt continues.

The KBI released a missing-child poster Tuesday seeking information about the girl, who was last seen around 11 p.m. Saturday getting into a newer SUV.

Great Bend Police Chief Dean Akings says five agencies are involved in the search, and more than 50 interviews have been conducted since Saturday.

Akings says investigators are worried because of the length of time she has been missing. Anyone with information is asked to call the KBI at 1-800-KS Crime or Great Bend Police Department at (620) 793-4120.
